The goal of the project was to try and determine if a particular sample of text was generated by a large language model, or if it was more likely to be created by a human. Try it out at the link above or download the code on GitHub here.

This project was an extension of the AI Writing Detector. This time, instead of flagging AI generated content, I try to remove indicators of LLM influence. Based on that, the output of the tool should sound more natural than the AI generated input. Try it out at the link above or download the code on GitHub here.

Condotel is a lightweight, open-source WordPress plugin built especially for homeowners associations (HOAs), condo/hotel hybrids, and rental-unit operators who want an easy way to track stays and occupancy rates. Many organizations are required by law to maintain a register of who is “on-property”.

One approach to integrating AI into workflows is called “Human In The Loop”, which describes an approach that uses a human as part of the process to achieve better outcomes. What if we could take the human out of the loop? This tool tests that theory by connecting LLMs together. Check out the code on GitHub here.
This will be my first WordPress Theme release, and its the one running on this very site.

Open WebUI is a powerful web based interface for using LLMs primarily running under Ollama. It supports multiple extensions, one type of which are called Tools. This GitHub repository has some OpenWebUI tools I’ve created that you can use in your own environment. I haven’t gone through the effort of formally publishing them via OpenWebUI. More tools to come!
These are just a few helpers I’ve created to help with quick IT related calculations. I haven’t released the source code anywhere because its written as a WordPress plugin, and the code is a mess. WordPress is pretty strict about code quality in released plugins and its not worth the effort to clean this one up, but maybe the calculators can be useful to you.
This project is a combination of hardware and code. I had a need for a device that would send an email at the push of a button. I also needed it to send a different email when I push a different button, so this meets that need. Schematics are in the article linked above, and you can grab the code from Github here.
